Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all campaign content, offers, pricing, and promotional claims are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Advertisers must obtain all required customer permissions and comply with applicable privacy, data-protection, advertising, and telecommunications laws.
Advertisers are solely responsible for fulfilling and supporting all offers, discounts, promotions, coupons, and incentives shared through moLotus.
Advertisers must ensure that RCS Bots provide accurate, appropriate, lawful, and up-to-date content and customer interactions.
moLotus may review, reject, suspend, or terminate campaigns, Bots, or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform and carrier policies.
Advertisers must own or obtain the necessary rights for all submitted materials and are responsible for related claims, liabilities, and compliance obligations. moLotus provides the Platform on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee delivery, engagement, performance, or offer redemption.
By using the moLotus Platform, the Advertiser acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
